Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Downloadable Products

Due to the immediate delivery nature of downloadable digital goods (such as boilerplates, UI component libraries, Notion templates, and design files), purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link or source archive has been accessed.

2. Exceptions & Defective Items

You are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase if:

• The digital file is corrupt, incomplete, or missing promised core assets.
• The item significantly deviates from the creator's product description or live preview.
• You were charged duplicate times for the same transaction due to a gateway error.

3. Creator Responsibility

Creators on ProjectX commit to providing active updates and technical support for their listed digital products. If a buyer identifies a defect that the creator cannot resolve within 7 business days, our team will intervene to facilitate an appropriate resolution.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send your order ID, purchase receipt, and a brief description of the issue to support@projectx.buzz. Our support team responds to all refund claims within 48 hours.
