By accessing or using the ProjectX platform ("ProjectX", "we", "our", or "us") at projectx.buzz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Developer & Creator Accounts
When creating an account on ProjectX, you agree to provide authentic and accurate profile information. You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all code, projects, media, writeups, and digital goods that you publish or list on ProjectX. By submitting content, you grant ProjectX a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, index, and syndicate your public work for discovery purposes.
4. Digital Storefront & Transactions
Creators listing downloadable templates, starter kits, UI libraries, or consultation sessions are solely responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and licensing compliance of their listings. Transactions processed through our payment infrastructure are subject to the creator agreements and applicable regional tax regulations.
5. Platform Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users shall not distribute malicious software, plagiarize proprietary codebases, deploy automated spam scrapers, harass fellow builders, or attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure or user databases. Violations will result in immediate suspension and potential legal reporting.
6. Modifications & Inquiries
